Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to students, sponsors, tutors, and the academy. We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes prevent attendance, but we also respect the significant time and effort our tutors invest in preparing individualised lessons. What is it? The reception challenge is a quick and fun competition while you are waiting for your lesson.
