The Tonic Triad of F sharp Major
A key signature is the sharp signs next to the clef. In this case we have F sharp, C sharp, G sharp, D sharp, A sharp and E sharp. If you need help here please see the key signatures blog.
The tonic triad is the 1st , 3rd and 5th note of the scale.
When there is no key signature this triad requires an sharp sign in front of the F, A and C to make an F sharp, A sharp and a C sharp.
This is the first triad with all the notes raised a semitone.

A Summer of Key Signatures: Sharps
Let's use the summer of 2023 to learn key signatures. In my Academy this summer students are learning scales and key signatures.
