About

The Triquetrae Academy Code of Conduct is a set of ethical guidelines and principles that govern the behaviour of all staff members. It ensures that everyone upholds the highest standards of competence, honesty, and accountability, regardless of their role. Staff are expected to maintain and improve their skills, act with diligence, and stay informed about best practices and regulations in their field. Integrity and honesty are at the core of our code. Staff must act fairly, truthfully, and transparently, avoiding conflicts of interest and protecting confidential information. Respect for clients and the public is essential, with a commitment to treating everyone with dignity and fairness, and always acting in the best interests of those we serve. Staff are also responsible for upholding the Academy’s reputation, discouraging unethical behaviour, and supporting colleagues’ professional development. Compliance and accountability are fundamental, with clear consequences for violations. By adhering to this code, staff help maintain public trust and ensure the Academy’s continued professionalism and integrity.
