Rhythm is music’s pattern in time. Whatever other parts are in the music rhythm is the one indispensable element of all music. Rhythm can exist without melody but melody cannot exist without rhythm.

Before you complete the worksheet practice bouncing the ball on the floor and catching it.


Print out the worksheet and add the number of strong and weak beats in the circle. The weak beats are jingles.
