I'd like to introduce you to our 'Gem Star' today, this is Madelyn who learns piano with Chris.
Unfortunately Madelyn, who held number 3 on the leader board, had a trampoline accident and broke both arms. (ouch!) The left arm badly enough to require a solid cast and the right one required some additional support and is still uncomfortable and a little weak to use. BUT not to be stopped by an unfortunate series of events, Madelyn is continuing doing some rhythm work using a tambourine and continuing her note reading with some work on a glockenspiel. If you let nothing stop you, you will succeed. Just to prove a point Madelyn is now back to third place and busy taking command of some combined rhythms for home work.
